Vikings defense slows down Lions rally
The Vikings defense held the explosive Lions offense to 4 field goals, and picked off Matthew Stafford 4 times. The defensive line harassed him all day, forcing him to make mistakes. Brian Robison made the right tackle look like a fool.
The Vikings offense controlled the clock, as Adrian Peterson ran the ball over 20 times for another 100 yard game, and a score. Christian Ponder threw a touchdown to Kyle Rudolph, for the 4th consecutive game.
The Vikings improve to 6-1 on the year, and control the NFC North.
