3-4 Open Overload - Open is a term referring to the absence of a TE or WB. Coverage is cover one with Strong side safety playing deep middle. Strong LB's, weak safety and both corners in man (messed up line style choice, but had the diagram right so I left it alone). Weak end and NG crash, tying up two interior linemen. Strong DE contains to the outside of the strong-side tackle. Both weak backers rush the weak tackle area, on fronting the tackle and the other his outside shoulder. If the weak guard in involved with the NG or weak DE the weak LB's will more than likely get through. Puts a lot of responsibility on the strong backers and strong safety to properly read and react to the play. Vulnerable versus two TE sets, as the weak TE could possibly seal off the backside if the play isn't disguised properly.
