Yes, but that's still under the minimum (2400 BIN)...I don't know if you've done deals with other forum members here, but when people say they are selling a card for example, say 2000, that means they buy back a card for 400. The tax isn't accounted for when referencing that. The lowest I would go is I buy back your card for 600...
