How do you increase your overall?

I really like the OP user point system of an overall rating like sports games have, but I've always been kind of confused by it. Is there any sort of criteria for how to increase it? Just wondering. Thanks for any replies.

Fastest way is to create albums and add videos and pics as well as being active on the site.
