NBA Live is better than NBA 2k. No. Not yet. Think about it though, isn't the complete debacle surrounding NBA 2k14 next-gen the kind of thing we would expect from... EA Sports? While NBA Live is of course no where near 2k is in terms of gameplay and graphics, they have something that 2k doesn't have. Something to prove. They don't have complacency issues in house that 2k obviously has obtained by not having competition in the past few years.

The SEC has long been the dominant conference winning 7 straight national championships until Florida State topped Auburn in this years BCS title game (the last one I might add). With the upcoming playoff system, the future looks extremely bright. The talk of the south is the idea of having 2 SEC teams in the playoff system. It seems this argument is as old as time as itself. At least it seems the discussion surrounding the topic is. Pay for play in College Football. These next few years (including this offseason)could play a pivotal role in not only the middle layer to the sport of football but the entire sport itself. The decisions made could completely change how athletes go from high school to (maybe) college and then to their NFL careers. It all depends on the pay for play argument.

EA Sports introduced their new Ignite Engine at the debut and introduction of the Xbox One. Coming out of E3, it would seem the most intriguing idea surrounding the Ignite Engine would be the development of the areas off the field and court.
