Note: I especially find the players who played for multiple teams interesting. Nash, Dikembe, Moses, Hersey, Christie, and Barkley... their services were starter-worthy at all times wherever they went.

It's not perfect because of it's simplistic nature but you can check a barebones boxscore and determine a QDG, and when racked up over an entire season, the better defenders consistently top the charts.

Ben Wallace was a long-time QDG title holder. LeBron won the title last year.
