Random Stats of the Day #2
Posted on December 16, 2010 at 12:54 PM.
I'm basically going to assign a title to each of these links... they are a link to various specified play index queries I conducted on basketball-reference.com... it's up to you to read the qualifying statistics and make sense of them. I'm just pin-pointing what they can actually mean. Some of you may find it fascinating, while some of you may find good tweaks to better reach the goal that the title suggests... I encourage you to take part in this and interact... who's to say we can't use stats to make an argument... especially when it's so easy in this internet age?

Ok without further ado...

"Best 3-Point SPECIALISTS"
Note: Some players turned out to be worth more as overall players than others. Doesn't mean that if you put them in the Steve Kerr role they wouldn't excel beyond measures.

"No desire to rebound in the 1991 playoffs"
Note: Only time someone on a legit team EVER averaged 20x the amount they pulled form the boards.

"Dominant Playoff Performances, with the ability to close"
Note: This is some championship caliber play of the highest order. They held the presence throughout in all aspects of the game. On occasions, some weren't blessed with skillful teammates.

"Complete Primes"
Note: They did it all from 26-30. Even Rod Thorn.
