Regular Season - Week 1

Redskins @ KC - WIN 34-14

I feel very good!
It's one thing to believe that you have made positive changes in the off-season. It's quite another to watch those changes solidify in training camp, through the pre-season schedule and then materialize in week 1.

QB Cassel 17-27 301 yds (3 tds/2 ints) and (107.1 rtg)
LE T.Jackson 2 sacks
CB Cason 2 ints
K Succop 2-2 FGA (longest 48 yds)
HB C.Johnson 21-128 yds and 1 td rushing, plus 5-94 yds and 2 tds through the air

Nice way to open the season. We played a very strong game on both sides of the ball and I was especially impressed with HB Chris Johnson. I now more than understand why coach Harbaugh simply had to have him signed as a free agent just prior to the draft. I am now safely expecting big things from him and the rest of the team.
