Regular Season - Week #8

KC @ Panthers - Lose 34-28

Not being able to put the first loss behind us has compounded with a second loss! And not just any loss, but dropping a game to an 0-6 team coming in. This one also hurt, quite a bit!

HB Charles 8-42 rushing and 3-11 in the air
WR S.Johnson with 2 and WR Black with 1 td
QB Cassel 27-42 342 yds and 4 tds (111.3 rtg)

Another game where we struggled early and made a lot of mental errors. Then, but the time we did finally wake up and actually mount a respectable comeback in the 4th quarter, it was too much way too late.

I totally subscribe to the "never lose games to teams with records worse than yours" philosophy and we completely kicked that idea around the parking lot today. I think a healthy dose of "re-focus" is in order because we now find ourselves in a very competitive AFC West, with a game against the 4-3 Chargers coming next week!
