The Vikings were dealt a significant blow this week. Immediately after the Chicago game the team announced that WR Percy Harvin had sustained a broken fibula in the game and would be lost for the rest of the season. The team will obviously put Harvin on the IR and assess the WR position for the next week.
The team also announced that backup ROLB Dylan Appleby would sit for five weeks with a partial MCL tear. That will leave a hole at the LB position. The team will evaluate.
