I ask this question because while I don't disagree with the players on the list, if this list was compiled in a fashion that has the top player (in this case LBJ) being the best, then this list already is a and a joke shouldn't be given any merit whatsoever. Because these type of lists are debatable and subjective based on what someone or a group of people think or define as "the best", I'm not going to say whom I believe to be the best, just agree that more often than not, if most people are polled, these 10 players would be on that list 70% of the time (some people prefer Deron WIlliams over CP3, I don't but I know those who do. Also guys like Paul Pierce, Steve Nash, Pau Gasol, Tim Duncan are interchangeable with some guys on that list)

Other than that Im very impressed with the amount of players bringing their talents to 2K12. All the things they are doing to make it era specific is amazing and I'm really looking forward to seeing that in a video/trailer soon hopefully.

Just because your a clear LeBron ***** doesnt mean that you have to degrade him as a basketball player. Once you can see past the fact that you don't like LeBron for his attitude and realize he has a great basketball talent you'll understand that he is the #1 player in the NBA... And don't say "look at the finals", I already have a category for clutch and he ranked 9th out of the players in the top 10.

Also give me an argument why anybody on this list or in the NBA should be ahead of LeBron.

How so? I have categories which rank them based on statistics (which don't have a bias). And the ones that are based on general opinion he is ranked accordingly.

What has Lebron done to differentiate himself from anyone else on this list? If he was the best player in the NBA, he wouldn't have been hiding in the corner for most of the NBA Finals and playing second-fiddle to DWade. So I'm guessing at least Lebron would have DWade above him on his list.

That being said Durant is better than Carmelo. He is a better scorer than Carmelo, and Carmelo really doesn't do that much else. He may even deserve to be above CP3 and Dwight, but they do different things that Durant doesn't do as well.
