Chicago Bears at Miami Dolphins

Bears comeback to win thriller in Miami
Jay Cutler produced his performance of the season, claiming 310yds and 2TD's, as he led The Bears to the victory in the fourth quarter and break Miami's hearts in a see-saw game in the Florida sun.
Miami took the lead when Dan Carpenter slotted over from 34 yards at the end of the first quarter, after Robbie Gould had missed a few minutes earlier. Gould made ammends midway through the second, when he levelled the scores with a 36 yard kick of his own. After some defensive adjustments, Chicago managed to tame The Dolphins running attack, and recieved the ball on their own 7 with 2:07 left in the half. Cutler led the Bears up the field, twice converting third and long, and capped a remarkable drive by finding Earl Bennett in the endzone give The Bears a 10-3 lead at half time.
Miami gained parity after the restart when Ronnie Brown plunged through on a three yard score. Then Cutler looked to have thrown the game away with two interceptions. The first set The Dolphins up for a field goal and the second, two plays after the restart, was taken 44yds to the house by Channing Crowder to put Miami 20-10 in front, with 18 minutes left to play. Zachary Bowman claimed an interception of his own, from which Gould chipped over his third FG of the day.
Cutler, and the rest of The Bears offence, refused to go down without a fight, and upped their game in the final quarter. A 14 play drive, taking 7 minutes off the clock culminated with Cutler finding his favourite target, TE Greg Olsen, to tie the scores. The Bears defence wasn't going to let their offensive team mates claim all the glory as they forced Miami 3 and out, before Cutler, ably assisted by Matt Forte this time, drove down the field, allowing Gould to kick the winner as time wound down.
The Bears move to 7-3, a game ahead of the Vikings at the top of The NFC North. The match up with the 3-7 Eagles next week, and will welcome back WR Johnny Knox, who has recovered from his broken ribs.
