Dear 2K,

I do not know who you hire as a marketer but I must honestly say he must be paid a great deal because he is doing a tremendous job of getting me to buy your game every year and expect a lot out of it. Unfortunately you never deliver, because you see, you've given me more things to hate about than to smile about. This isn't the same as a simply terrible game. I can play through a terrible game. This game causes me great harm however. While playing this game, my subconscious has me thinking that there's a conspiracy behind this game, that we are pre-determined to lose games.

I don't want to end up on the streets madly chanting about conspiracies my whole life. Furthermore, after playing a game against the computer, I find myself questioning why am I alive. I find myself red of face (despite being dark skinned), knuckles clenched and carrying a great hatred for everything surrounding me. As a result of this, my siblings now know not to talk to me while carrying a PS3 controller in my hand and 2K in the console. My siblings aren't the only one to have suffered, I have a single broken remote, a broken television, my black leather couches have stuffing coming out. Of course, it would be nice if you refunded me not only for the game but you also paid for anything that may have been harmed in the playing of this game. Or at the very least get real quality assurance testers the next time you're hiring.

This game does seem to bring out a rage, even Ned Flanders would throw a few f-bombs after a game of 2k.

I know exactly how he feels, you really have to have your anger under control playing this game. But I will repeat what someone said one the czar radio show. "just because you bump up the difficulty settings, doesn't mean the computer is smarter, it means the more the computer will cheat". Probably not the exact quote but the idea is the same, just because we turn it up to hall of fame doesn't mean the game is harder in the sense that we will get out smarted, its in the sense that the cpu will use their advantages more. It's not a conspiracy the devs gave the cpu advantages over the users.

Do NOT play MLB The Show. You will get more frustration by that game's comeback AI, ability to throw pinpoint pitches on the corners, and ability to get hits out of 10-pitch at bats more than any other frustrating game has ever frustrated you.

NBA 2K is a distant second for me but still a frustrating game at times.

MLB will drive you crazy with the comeback AI. It reminds me of the Final Destination movies. A two out walk can turn into a five run inning.

Yeah, but 2K is like that chick you can't help going back to... or that dude for the ladies. I intend on developping controller padding, become a millionaire, buyout 2K. And remake this series.
