My first Blog! And a short one!

So like many of you, I'm anxiously awaiting MLB 11 The Show..and I need to shoot a question out to you. In the past, I've stuck to RTTS almost exclusively, but because the franchise mode is so deep, I want to give it a good run this year.

My problem is this; I don't have the time or the patience to play a 162 game schedule with 9 inning games. I normally hate simming games, but in Baseball, it's the only way to go.

So to those of you that do sim, what's your formula? Do you just play offense every game, or just the field every game? Do you play full 9 inning games but sim every other game so it's closer to an NBA or NHL schedule?

What's the best way to sim and get maximum enjoyment out of the game?

Any suggestions you guys have are greatly appreciated!
