Just finished playing a very intense game of Dynasty football that scored 1051 ESPN Classic points. I was playing as #22 Oregon (6-4) against rival #25 Washington (5-4). Washington's bowl eligibility was on the line, and I had just came off an easy win against Arizona State.
I had a great start, scoring on the opening drive and again on my second drive. I almost shut out Washington in the first half, but they made a field goal with 0:37 left in the second quarter. It was 21-3 Oregon in the third quarter, so I started to let my guard down. Next thing I know, it is a one possession game and Washington is driving with under one minute left in the game. Washington found a hole in my coverage and threw the ball for a 62-yard touchdown with 0:27 left in the game. Down by two, they go for the 2-point conversion to tie the game. Already with 9 tackles and 3.0 sacks, left end Tony Washington saves the day with yet another sack.
It's not over yet though. Washington kicks onside and recovers the ball! Unfortunately for Washington's quarterback Keith Prince though, Oregon's d-line was ready to end the game. After one incomplete pass and three sacks, the ball was turned over and the game came to an end. Washington lost their 2012 season chance to play in a bowl game. Oregon, now ranked #17, had won the rivalry game 21-19 over now-unranked Washington.
