Well, here we are, a year has passed since the release of 2K11 and sadly the same issues that plagued the release of its' PC version have come back for seconds with 2K12.
I won't beat the issue into a pulp, but suffice it to say that you can head over and read last years blog, it is very much relevant again.

This year the menu is updated and at least similar to the other versions. but the shaders are still lacking and no custom tracks are available. Bonus teams have been omitted as well.

The real deal-breaker, though, is that the bug that scales down the graphics online is still there. Now this is a HUGE deal for people who enjoy playing online, how has it not been addressed? It was the main bug Plaguing the PC version of 2K11.
Just like the bug that makes some of the Gametrack shots disappear, this has been in the game since 2K9, how has it not been addressed yer?

And of course, once again the PR team dropped the ball.
You won't (for whatever reasons) include costume tracks?
Want different shaders? no bonus teams?

Well, It is your right as a developer.
But for the love of god, be up front about it, COMMUNICATE with your fans, your customers.

This concerns have already been brought up last year, and some were partially addressed (as you can see in my previous blog). why do we have to preform this waltz again this year?

Regardless of the superior quality of NBA2K12 as a game, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the way they handle this community.
feels like the good 'ol days of EA sports.

I hope that this feelings will be at least partially mitigated again this year, but this dance is getting old fast...
