Scouts are reporting that the Minnesota Twins are trying very hard to get an upgrade at catcher and the two names that they are linked to are Jonathan Lucroy and Devin Mesoraco. Jonathan Lucory is having a disappointing season so far this year for the last place Brewers but he would surely be a upgrade over the catchers on the twins rosters as we speak. Mesoraco is a interesting story as he was hurt in spring training and he just recently started his rehab assignment. He could be had for less because of his injury which the twins could try and do but it would be a risk with the injury risk. Blake Swihart has also been mentioned but nothing has materialized from it.
