Comments:

A much better month, a little up and down at the beginning and end of the month, but the middle of the month was pretty solid. The goaltending seems to be coming around, enough that I don't think it makes sense at this point to continue to look for a legit #1 goalie prospect on the market, especially with a stacked draft coming up. Offensively we've gone in the tank, but the penalty kill continues to do it's job. "Bottom line is we need to score, there are some talented teams down here in the A and you can't expect to compete if you can't put the puck in the net, so we made some changes," said Coach Cotino. Changes he's referring too are Daivd Toews scratched in favor of Rob Flick, and Bryan Froese scratched for Tomas Fillipi who is considered a solid sniper.
