Well guy's it seems that my ps2 has bite the dust i tired last night to see if my ncaa 07 football would run but unfortunately that didn't fly so i stopped trying with that. (course i have had this system 4-5 yrs)
and she finally quit on me so i think with income tax im going next gen.
Xbox 360 arcade! i have never owned one before so it will take some time getting used to this brand new system. But i'm willing to give it a shot.
Also i'm getting Madden 09 game. I had madden 08 for ps2, It was ok i justt wished that when i went to dive over a pile of folks that i didn't do that Lame version of whatever they called that and that it wasn't...What's the word Laggy i guess. i tried online a few times but there are to many people online that like to do what i would never do is QUIT a game and make me have the srry end of the deal. that's why i dont play online,Plus no one play's right they all think ohhhh i'm gonna throw the (deep bomb)

So First what i'm gonna do when i get home after it's all hooked up.

Go to practice and get myself familiar with the new madden 09 and the controller and what they all do

Then log on to the OS website and get some sliders and then post my results and get some feed back and see if i can't help anyone who has helped me or someone that's new like me!

First off, this is a blessing in disguise. You'll wonder what took you so long to go next-gen. I know where you're coming from with the new brand thing. I was the same way and I ended up coming back home to Sony.

If you can do so AT ALL, be it refurbished with a warranty or finding a cheap deal or whatever...go PS3 man. The controls are the same and I have had ZERO (and I mean zero) problems with mine. And I got one refurbished.

Plus....if you're a baseball fan any whatsoever you have GOT to have The Show. which is ONLY on PS3.

They're both cool systems. A MAJOR upgrade from PS2. So congrats and enjoy dawg.
