QOTD: Yes; I was stopped behind someone turning in the middle of the road, and the guy behind me stopped, but the woman driving behind him did not. She hit him into me; minor damage to the bumper, still haven't claimed it. My neck was sore for a little while. Not the most dramatic "crash," but that's it for me.

QOTD: I was in a taxi that got broadsided. There was another passenger in the back seat and his head broke my collarbone. The crash part was very fast, but the aftermath, people responding, ambulance and hospital was slow.

The thing I remember most was that crunching sound as we went over onto the roof. We couldn't figure out how the driver got out and around to the passenger side door so fast, until he told us how he went out through the T-roof!
Everything was very quiet, very still. The lights and the stereo had gone off when we flipped. Then suddenly they both came back on, and we nearly wet our pants. The sudden blast of light and sound had us convinced that the car blew up, just like it does in the movies. Then we remembered this wasn't a movie, and that never happens.
The speakerbox in the back went out through the hatchback. A piece of metal trim was embedded in the rear seat about four inches from my side - a near miss. I pulled a piece of metal out of my mouth - no idea what it came from or how it got there. We were fortunate and all walked away from the accident and walked to the hospital. Nobody suffered anything more than minor scratches and bruises.
