My vote would go for Lebron and second is Kobe. I don't understand all the Wade love just because he's scoring. This happened a couple years ago when Kobe was putting up 81 points, and yet Nash won the mvp because he was the best player on one of the best teams. It's normally the same voters who vote year after year, and the precedent has been set in my opinion.

QOTD: LeBron without a doubt.

QOTD: Bron' Bron gets my vote. w/Kobe being a close 2nd, Wade trailing behind them....

QOTD: Dwyane Wade. I would put Howard, Wade, and Chauncey Billups before either of the front-runners (maybe Chris Paul as well). Top-to-bottom most exciting player in the game: Dwyane Wade.

Techhokies: Nash won the MVP in 2005-06 because all of his teammates got hurt and he had to carry the load. That's why it's impressive that they had the best record. The voters do give it to the best player on the best team (past 2 years, anyway), but there are more "valuable" players out there.

I'm not saying that I agree with the best player on best team theory, just saying that that's the way it will always be unless no one is having an extraordinary year. But this year, I would still give it to Lebron or Kobe over wade.

Lebron and Kobe sit out or stop trying to score at the end of a lot of games because they put their teams in position to be up big. Plus, with Bynum out you see Kobe taking over just as much as Wade in some games.

Another reason they don't take over as much this year is because Lebron and Kobe try sometimes to get out of the flow of the game and let their teammates do the scoring because they know that in the playoffs they will need the teammates to step up big.

Obviously all three are great players, and it can be argued either way no matter who wins, but these are just some reasons why I think Lebron or Kobe will win it and moreso then that, they should win it.
