QOTD: Definitely installing a salary cap in baseball. I hate the MLB's financial state.
If we are talking an in-game rule, I would say that I would remove the rule that restarts the 10-second count to get the ball upcourt in college if the ball gets deflected out of bounds or if the offense calls a timeout. I say, if the offense doesn't cross the line before the shot clock hits 25, it's a turnover, period.
