I like Joystiq. The xbox site has a nice video review each week of the arcade game releases.
QOTD: No interest. I never got into the handheld games.

How about the beginning of GTA IV?

I like most of those game beginnings, sans Contra III and BioShock. Both are good, but probably wouldn't be in my Top 7.
