8 Man Practice Squad. This is how you can start to develop talent as these players participate in practice. Teams can sign players off one another practice squads per NFL Rules.

By next week, NFL is expected to increase size of practice squads to 10 players from 8, per source. So 64 more jobs.

46 man Game-Day Roster. Decision's Decision's.....Injuries will factor in.

Special Teams Ratings for players.

Wear & Tear Injury System. Players can get injured during practice, offseason program, Mini-Camp. Injuries carryover to the next season.
Updates on players rehab during off-Season.

Add the P.U.P. List for players who haven't fully recovered from injuries, as per NFL Rules.

Madden Dev Team has a handle on improving gameplay.

Presentation: Needs to be re-done. Dynamic Presentation building the storyline week to week, season to season.
Keys to the game in CFM HAS to include players who are out of the game (injured, contract etc. etc.). On that, it turns over to the players who are replacing the players who are out.

Weekly Update show during season and off-season. This covers injuries, signings, re-signing/extensions, cuts/waived/released, Coach re-signings/firings, Player trades along with any Draft picks traded or swapped.

Off-Season Draft show, updating the players who have helped their stock & those who have not.

The Draft needs to be amped up presentation wise. Show the top picks walk out and shake hands with the commish.
All trades need a pop-up as per who get's what in the trade.

Buzz reaction from Fans on Draft via Owner's Mode. Positive/Negative reaction, but not losing fanbase over a pick.
Draft Picks Jersey's are for sale on team's website. Popularity is high with some at first, but on the field performance will determine if player(s) jersey is a top seller for team & in league. (Looks like it was tweaked for Madden 15, we'll see....)

Any storylines from Draft should be worked into Presentation from the point of that player(s) entrance into the league. (Looks like it was tweaked for Madden 15, we'll see....)

Drafted players need to be highlighted as they become the faces of their teams & the League. Audio Presentation! (Looks like it was tweaked for Madden 15, we'll see....)

Specific Audio & Visual Presentation for Off-Season, Pre-Season, Regular Season, Playoffs & Super Bowl. (Stated it was tweaked for Madden 15, we'll see....)

Pre-Season Audio should focus on players trying to make the team. position battles. Seeing starters on the sidelines sitting on the game. Posting their stats from previous season.
If players coming off injury, mention it.

The In Stadium announcer has to say the player(s) names!!! The little things.
(ALL Players names & Madden made Draft Classes/RFA Names have to be in the game.)

Special Teams ratings for players. Not everyone excels at S.T. & that is the way you make a roster for a young player.

Long Snappers, have to make this more of a need to keep a player. Again, a special player is a long snapper. Everyone can't long snap.

2 Cut down day during Pre-Season. First one after the 3rd Pre-Season Game, 2nd after the Last Pre-Season Game.
Cut down to 53. Wait 24hrs........Waiver Claim on players........Then after 24hrs. able to set your teams 10 man Practice Squad!

I like this. The 46 man Game Day Roster could be tied in with the injury system you proposed and could be executed similarly to Next Gen fifa's career mode. Players can suffer injuries anywhere and will also come to you to complain about playing time, contracts, etc.

Temps play an impact on players

Crowd noise impact

More classic uniforms, home and away

Classic stadiums

Real field degradation meaning if you play in a rain storm and it tears up the field, have new sod patches in place at next home game

Rate stadiums on degradation recovery

Baseball field on Oakland Raiders field during baseball season

Really like the idea of practice squad and the game day roster. Those are two things that are way too important to not be in the game

Looks good to me too. Here is another thing. I want a weekly show with highlights. For Online Connected Careers, the real games have a play uploaded to the servers. These, along with a few CPU highlights, will be incorporated into a weekly highlight show AFTER you advance to the next week. So you have highlights from the previous week, in a show. You can see real highlights your fellow players played. For offline they can be corrolated plays to the scores and stats of cpu games along with your game. Some of the best plays can be in a season best of show.

Another thing, for connected career online, I'd like to see the ability to watch other members games. No interaction, just be able to look into a game being played. Especially during the playoffs. Other FPS shooters have allowed this, so its technically possible. Or how about games online are on the server to download and watch? COD allows every game you played to be watched again.
