MLB 2K9 Patches?

okay, so im kinda new to this whole "implement a patch" into a game kinda thing. so wat exactly does that mean? id like to think it means that you can edit gameply ur sumthin. but id also like to think that it means being able to edit certain characteristics and features of a game.

with that being said, i would like to address the issue of uniform authenticity and accuracy. i hope i dont sound to nit-picky when i say that THE UNIFORM DESIGNS ARE TERRIBLE!!! there's only so much research you have to do to find the accurate designs of the uni's. unless there is some underlying level of difficulty in creating accurate uniforms, i dont see how that is too much to ask for.

idk, in my opinion this would greatly increase the authenticity of the game. anyone with comments? would be greatly appreciated.
