Pistons Use Huge 4th Quarter To Overcome Rockets

DETROIT- "Not every win has to be pretty." These were the words of coach Mike Krzyzewski Monday night after his Pistons beat the Rockets 91-83. "It certainly wasn't a great game for us by any stretch of the imagination. Luckily, our opponent had an even worse night."

After scoring a combined 50 points in the first three quarters, the Pistons exploded for 41 points in the 4th to outlast the Rockets. Detroit held Houston to just 33-86 shooting, including 5-16 on three pointers. After starting 23% in the 1st quarter, Detroit rebounded to shoot 36-67 for the game. Nene led the way for the Pistons, netting 19 points and nabbing a career high 14 rebounds.
