Much to what you guys don�t know I use to be an insane Madden player, online franchise, career modes you name it I did it. Pre-gen was my madden hay days � even going so far to playing on all madden and moving the 5 to 6 sliders all the way to the right so I can have a tougher experience. I use to love Madden. Then the next gen came and xbox360 which I had at the moment then Madden 2006 came out and WTF!!! � possible one of the worst Maddens to date with an insane fumbling problem lack of modes and just bad programming Madden left a terrible taste in my mouth. I then skipped 2007, 2008 and 2009 and gave 2010 a shot � uuugh! All I will say is SOS more bad game play and honestly it didn�t last in my favor � thank god back then I had a modded 360 so I could test the game before I knew it was good. Then here we are Madden 16 all the raving reviews online by the users, because you guys are who I listen to. I don�t listen or read much from video game websites because they are always a little biased towards certain brands and I would rather get a user review and after all the user reviews I said why not get it. Madden 16 is going to be the game of the winter�.NOT! � player progression and confidence and a terrible CFM and so much emphasis on MUT and the Robo QB (don�t tell me he doesn�t exist) and not to mention every receiver turning into Odell Beckham with defenders drapped all over him and these circus catches. Yes Silders I know Sliders�Adjust the Sliders you say. Sure I sat and experimented with slider sets I have used others, I have edited others to create my own and I have found no balance to real good game play � I hate the fact that I have to do so much crap just to make a game function well � I understand that it will not be perfect OTB there will be flaws and there will be patches and I�m all for it. But you need an in depth slider set, you need to either delete the tuner or put the tuner on top of the patch, you need to do some 30 second task as to create another coach for the team you are playing against to stop the insane confidence boost to your team (yes its true) � I just had it with Madden I think I�m going back to my hiatus of Madden and focus my attention on games that actually play well and there are plenty out there. For all you Maddenites out there..enjoy the ride but I will not be on it with you.

I would definitely say, after reading this, Madden will never be what you need it to be. At least you admit it lol

I am kinda of with you. I played madden to death from 94-06 with these being snes, ps2, and PS3. Xbox 360 came out and I loved 08 even with its flaws I had a decent time. But from 08 on it has been nearly the same. Now I am thoroughly enjoying 15, developed my own sliders, downloaded some updated roster and boom (ala madden himself) I am having a blast. From the videos I have seen of 16, I am just in a wait mode. I have more work to do on 15 first. I just can't see paying 60 dollars for a fresh coat of paint on a video game.

I totally understand, Madden 16 sits on the shelf as I await to see if EA will put out a patch to give us the option to turn off Dynamic Drive Goals in Franchise mode. DDG is a game killer for me, it's to much RPG in this game. It needs to be toned down & turning off DDG should make Franchise mode at least playable for me.

Thanks for reading guys - i'm not one for bashing a game as i know it takes hard work to program a game, but man oh man every year MLB the Show comes out - Need for Speed - NBA 2k and why they all have some minor issues that can be patched Madden just fixes one thing and totally destroys another - they can't leave well enough alone. If something works one year they revamp it - LOL! why did you touch it - but as long as people buy it they are good - again thanks for reading!!
