How to copy CAPs from 2k12 to 2k13 using RED MC

Here is the method I used to copy CAPs from a 2k12 roster file to a 2k13 roster file using RED MC. Let me preface this by saying that the reason I did this was that I had spent many hours working on CAP faces for my 1987 Roster and Class of 93 retro roster on 2k12 and this was a major barrier in me wanting to tackle doing it all over again.
