9. Do something with superstar mode (Like My Player or RTTS)

Just needs 7, I can live without the cosmetic stuff, the game needs to be functionally better for it to matter.

A revamped engine or natural motion..Enough said.

1. The game needs to LOOK and SOUND like being at an actual NFL game. The "TV broadcast" look and feel is getting old and always sounds repetitive and generic. This idea was good for it's time and helped the Madden franchise get this far, but it's tired and needs to be scrapped for a more authentic experience. Make us feel like a player and coach and fan, in the stadium with more authentic stadium sounds and songs. Get rid of the commentary all together and use that freed up processing power and disc space to make the sidelines and crowds look right.

2. Make your playbooks dynamic, instead of the simple/static ones we've had for years. I should be able to run ANY run play to ANY hole from ANY formation. I should be able to run ANY pass play from ANY formation, and be able to audible to a TYPE of play from any formation without having to change formations (unless I WANT to). I should be able to send a man in motion, change formations, then send another guy in motion, without ever changing the play, pre snap, so I can get a quick running back or slot receiver mismatched on a middle linebacker.

3. Redo the ratings system. The "measurables" should be rated the way they are in real life (hence, why we call them measurables). Techniques should be rated as terrible, poor, average, good, outstanding... Do away with the "1-99" rating system. It's just silly and unrealistically black and white for the gamer, who should have tough decisions to make when deciding who to play and why.

I like the idea of terrible, poor, average, good etc... If you have a good franchise mode, these ratings could have a variance of accuracy based on your scouts...

From your list #7 is the must. Why is the The Show, NHL10-11, NCAA11, and NBA2k11 all considered "great games" Simply put they have the "Meat and Potatoes" so to speak.

Gameplay and a fun, deep franchise mode.

Just to add to it. Your list is good as are many wishlists or in this case a "hitlist."

Everything else on your list is good, but really just side dishes at the dinner table. If your gonna have a good meal you gotta have the two main parts, Meat and Potatoes.

At this point it is all about deep and immersive franchsie mode and feeling like I am part of the NFL.

Gameplay for us Madden Vets is as good as it has ever been with custom sliders.

My #1 wish is that you could see the entire field, including the wide recievers (ie. tecmo bowl, and madden for pc). Am I crazy or what? How come no one else has a problem with not being able to see the wide side of the field? I like to know where I'm throwing the freakin ball after all..

#7 for sure.
The motion stuff from Backbreaker would be nice.

I just want authentic NFL game from the offseason, preseason, season, post season, and offseason. I don't want to play Madden Football, I want to play a game that is NFL football.

A fast play setting that skips all cutscenes. I want to play more game and do less watching.
