Rebuilding a Franchise: FT. 76ers (xboxone)

New GM for the Philadelphia 76ers is a kid fresh out of college. A kid from Syracuse University Cole Campbell majoring in Sports Medicine has got his first ever job that's not working at McDonalds. He says he would like to win this team some titles, but he says it will be a year or 2 until they are playoff contenders.
