Open letter to EA,NBA Live and Fight Night series
How's it going EA or anyone from the company willing to read this,
EA NBA Live has had many stumbles and fall over the years. Fight Night had a few too, but nothing compared to NBA Live. The overused saying from last generation systems was that this is a new system. So, I'm pretty sure we will hear it again until some major progress is made even though the systems had gaming companies and devs input.
I'm guessing you guys are vested in making NBA Live a true competitor to NBA 2K at some point. It's just hard to see the metacritic scores that EA love to use to gauge most of it's games success so low for NBA Live. Basketball is a popular sport so why such a low score. Many of these reviewers are giving NBA Live bad reviews. I'm wander will these reviews hurt sales to the point of leaving it alone.
The point I'm trying to make is that EA use boxing isn't doing well so a boxing game will not sell. This is so false. A great game is a great game no matter what. Fight Night was not deep enough, the execution was off and it didn't showcase the sport realistically. Fans want their sport to be represented as deep as possible from executions to the smallest detail. Fans will support projects aimed at giving them what their sport is with no gimmicks or excuse,"why we had to do this".
