What would make a perfect sports videogame?

This is a question I ask the sports gaming community. What would really make you fully enjoy your favorite game and make it perfect? Should your answer go for all sports? Let's say boxing or a MMA game.

Here's what would make it perfect for me,

Customization
Presentation
Detail to the sport
Roster slots
Deep character editing and creation mode
Gameplay
Total control
Options

This would do it for me. I probably turn into a hermit.
