Does EA fear realism and customization in their boxing games?

imagination.
First, companies need to stop lying about their so-called marketing research they say they do. How is their marketing and research team going to judge results from a product that was never created.
I keep reading and hearing responses from some companies that certain game additions like modes and styles of gameplay will not sell to a broad fan-base. The answer to many of these companies and producers fear is customization and options.
I have a huge gripe with EA's create a boxer (CAB) mode from it's Fight Night series. The Fight Night series creation mode is very limited compared to EA's other games like Saint's Row and All Point Bulletin (APB).
It seems like EA doesn't take it's customization community serious, especially when it comes to it's sports games.
EA and other companies need to realize there is a community or communities that really enjoy and take creating athletes, editing stats, ratings, tendencies, abilities, and customizi g their sports universe serious.
There are games on the market, especially PC games that give players options to mod or customize nearly all areas of their game.
I think EA took a huge chance with the Champion Mode. EA should take these kinds of chances trying to make a sim/realistic boxing game; at least let realism be an option.
