Warriors Clip LA
Posted on January 31, 2014 at 05:19 AM.
Oh again it’s me blogging about the the Golden State Warriors after I had missed a couple days due to not being able to watch the NBA. I saw the game last night. The Golden State Warriors are maturing with every game while the Clippers look way too disorganized, like a rookie team trying to get something done without actual game management. I really think that Chris Paul is the game manager and the winning factor behind the Doc’s team. Just like he built Boston to be a team manged by Rondo. LA didn't run plays, settled for traffic jumpshot and were looking really bad out there. On the other side the Warriors were playing their basketball, they did their plays nothing too flashy. Golden Boys came to win last night and they did just that. Stephen Curry is quickly becoming more of a sharpshooter than ever. He is one of those players that a whole team can depend on. My main man Stephen Curry dropping 22 while assisting 7 times. David Lee came up with 22 himself while grabbing a total of 11 rebounds. Golden State looked strong out there, calm like they knew what they were going to do during the whole game. I like the that change in the air. If they are going to be constant threat that means better basketball for the West. Let’s just hope that this team stays together. Last year when Harrison Barnes was a rookie I felt some promise in him. He doesn't have to live up to any kind of hype so he is developing nicely into a solid forward. He is a bit small for the PF, but he has the speed, to overcome the power of the defense at his position. I mean look at how quickly he can get to basket during a play. Amazing. I can just slash through and don’t forget he was drafted last year. They beat the Clippers 111 – 92.
