Jose Lopez broke up J. Niemanns perfect game in the 5th with a 3 run long ball....still some time left...be a good night for Griffey to do some yardwork......exMariner Joel Piniero raised his record to 3-0 tonight, his 'pen mate Ryan Franklin, another exM, is possibly going to move into the Closer role for the Cards, nice to see them doing well. A guy could field a pretty good team comprised of exMariners, dudes are scattered all over the League(s)...more than a few of them were part(s) of some less than desirable trades (Bavasi mostly)....Soriano to the Braves for Jimenez comes to mind immediately...ok....back to the game....
