There just isn't a lot more to add to this to be honest.....I can't remember the last time Washburn pitched as well as he did this morning. I suppose I can fill a couple of paragraphs with some overused...overly dramatic analogies. But I don't think I will. Sometimes less is more....sometimes not saying something is saying everything....sometimes, you just don't need to say a word. Those that watched the game.....those that follow the Mariners will surely understand. After the debaucle of a season the Ms and their fans suffered thru last year, this mornings performance by Washburn could not have come at a better time.
