Bronx Bugle - Tommy Hunter Falters Late, Loses Stuck
Posted on June 25, 2010 at 02:43 PM.

El Capitan with the patented jump throw!

Robbie Cano must have been taking lessons from El Capitan's ballerina teacher!

Michael Young shows us how "young" he really is, as he is able to strecth out and make the catch robbing A-Rod of the hit!

Swishalicious made a great throw to Cisco Kid, as he is able to tag the runner out on a very close play at home!

Yankees finally solve Tommy Hunter late, as fatigued starter can't hold lead.

Playing at home in front of a crowd of 49,543 happy happy happy fans at Yankee Stadium, the Yankees won a 4-2 decision over the Rangers. Win number 4 of the season was also consecutive win number 3 for C.C. Sabathia, who allowed 1 run and 3 hits in 7 innings. Nick Swisher came through with only one hit, but it went the distance to give the offense a much-needed jolt. After the game, the media caught up with C.C. and he had this to say. "Hats off to our guys for pulling it out late. I knew we had one good rally in us."

The series resumes this afternoon, with the much anticipated start of Roy Oswalt (0-1, 3.00) scaling the mound for the Yankees to face off with C.J. Wilson (1-0, 2.13) and the Rangers.
