NCAA Basketball 09 Might Be Really Good

I don't normally like to predict such bold things with several days out from a review, but I am having a ton of fun with this game so far. There are some games where you can't seem to put them down for some reason or another, and NCAA Basketball is that right now to me. There are some weird gameplay quirks, but the game is just fun to play. I was a big fan of the dynasty mode last year, and it's only gotten better, so that's just another plus.

This isn't a full impressions update, but I just wanted to pass along my feelings before diving back in. This game could be the best college basketball game on the next-gen consoles so far...still a lot more playing to go, but it has a chance.

Chris,
Still waiting to see the list of schools you can start with in EA's version of the "Closed Legacy", if you know what I mean. It's the mode where you have to start at a small school and work your way up. Which schools do you have to choose from at the start when selecting this option?

Yeah, good question TJ. I'd love to see if it changes each time it starts up before answering the question fully. I do know that the range of teams was pretty wide from 1 to 4 star programs. My best guess is that the list seemed so random it could easily be a random selection of schools. I'll get back to ya on it

That'd be great. The main thing I want you to check is if whether or not my alma mater, UNC-Wilmington, is one of the teams you can choose from at the start of that mode. If you can answer that question for me, I'm good. Thanks.
