Tune the penalties-Make sure there arent just holding and facemask penalties. Where are the pass inteference calls? The Int. Grounding calls? Even if you put them at 100 they are never called. Also no more holding calls during FGs or PATs. They never happen. Also one time I was at midfield had a delay of game called and then it was 2nd and 12. Has happened to me a couple times. Doesnt make sense.
Fix the 3-4- Just have it so defenses double team the NT and the LBs pick up the sacks. Or else Kris Jenkins isnts as effective. He cant push back double teams allowing Linebackers to pick up sacks.
RBs in the Flats- Can they just be covered more. They can be open from time to time but not every single play. The only way to stop it is with to control the LB but what if there is two backs in the flats? Then its unstoppable.
Linebacker pursuit angles- They take very bad angles at the ball carrier which makes the wildcat harder to defend and pick sixes easy.
Clock Issues- Sometimes I get knocked out of bounds under 2 minutes left and the clock doesnt stop. Happens a lot.
Not big problems but still need to be fixed..
Dropped interceptions- There 5-15 every game. It infuriates me when I drop one because some of them are so easy. There should be maybe 2 a game. The rest should be bat downs, catches, ground passes, or ones that the WR can get a hand on and not come up with it. Not a dropped pass but just a very difficult catch that the WR couldnt come up with. Those almost catches never happen.
Franchise stats- RBs dont get enough TDs and MLBs are the only ones that win defensive player of the year.
Thats it...tell me if I forgot something. If the big problems are fixed and maybe even the small ones this game will get a 9.5/10 instead of a 9/10. Great game, lightyears ahead of 09. Hopefully these will be fixed, and 11 will be even better.

Thats why the defender shouldnt be in the oppurtunity to make an interception almost every pass. There should be more passes that hamrlessly hit the ground or ones that wide reciever just cant come up with. I never see a play where a WR can get his hand on the ball but cant quite come up with it. Either its a drop or he got railed by a defensive player. Not sure if this could be fixed in a patch so hopefully 11. I also want to see more spectacular catches where somebody like Fitz actually goes up and GETS the ball. Look at his catches in the playoff. They were crazy.
Completely agree with you on the sub thing but if you do the wildcat you can put Harvin at QB/RB or Vick at WR. The Wildcat is for changing those positions up. And since Minnesota doesnt have the Wildcat id use the dolphins playbook on offense. thanks for the comment btw. hope i helped.

There are a lot of dropped interceptions but this seems more of a an issue that needs fine tuned. Their are far too many tipped balls on Madden but in real life the Defense doesn't get its hands on the ball quite as much.
If every pass that a defender touched or dropped in Madden was intercepted it would be a turnover bananza so I think the developers have to have that many dropped picks. Sometimes the ball will get picked perfect either off a batted or tipped ball and then other times just when you think theres is no way they drop this they do. Not quite sure how to fix this without a 10 interception game.
One big thing they left out so far is players ability to play multiple position. Pat White, Percy Harvin, and now especially Mike Vick all are expected to play multiple positions i.e. QB/WR but or WR/RB but there is no option for this under any of the substitution screens. You can't sub Vick to WR or Harvin to RB which will take away from their role on Madden. I hope they are aware of this hiccup when they release the Vick DLC on the 19th.
My only other gripe is please 2011 make the players a little bigger and more robust....holla
