Game Notes
The season begins today for the Orlando Magic. The team will be without star center Dwight Howard, who was traded to the Lakers in a mega-trade between the Nuggets, Magic, Lakers, and 76ers. The Magic will look to start a rebuilding season strong with an opening night victory against the Denver Nuggets. Denver is coming off a 132-125 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers. Denver came out flat in the first half, but a late push in the 4th quarter led to overtime in Philadelphia. Denver would go on to win the game, tonight Denver will try to win another road game against the Orlando Magic before ending their 3-game road trip in Miami against the defending champs.
