The the Owner of the LA Clippers, and fans around the world.
My question, after you listen to the video; "Sterling lives in a 'Culture'; so is this 'Culture' share by many other Major league sports Owners?"
Is Racism, still prevalent in todays sports? Or is it just swept under the rug, with MONEY?

The Los Angeles Lakers have fired head coach Mike Brown after a disappointing 1-4 start to the season, according to multiple reports.
This was Brown's second season in LA. The Lakers finished with a 41-25 record last season.
Reports started to swirl on Friday morning that if the Lakers didn't perform well during their upcoming six-game homestand, that Brown's job would be in jeopardy. Turns out, it already was.

HANG TIME HEADQUARTERS – Contract extension talk between the Oklahoma City Thunder and reigning KIA Sixth Man of the Year James Harden took a wrong turn somewhere. How else to explain tonight’s shocking news, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports and Darnell Mayberry of the Oklahoman, that Harden has been traded to the Houston Rockets for Kevin Martin, rookie shooting guard Jeremy Lamb, two first-round Draft picks and a second-round Draft pick?

I know it's only preseason; but this is where crappy teams try and find their identies early, before the season starts, so they dont go through a whole season of being bashed by TSN, ESPN, TNT, and Charles Barkley.
After giving Dwight Howard away to the Lakers, and signing a new rookie head coach, Jacque Vaughn; it's looking more and more like a recipe for failure.

Well, as most of you may have read before (prior blogs), i was a longtime Raptors season ticket holder up to a few years ago; and after Thursday nites recent draft, i dont see myself buying into anymore tickets SOON! Are you kidding me!!!!!
They need a PF, a Centre, and a PG, and didnt address any of that with the great listed players available. "Only time will tell" with Ross, who only played in the NIT last year; and everybody else is just a wash and from overseas.

Defence was the key to the Dallas Mavericks championship a year ago; and tonight it showed that recently named defensive player of the year, Tyson Chandler was the lynch pin that kept Dallas afloat last playoff season.
Sorry no repeat for the Mavericks, and owner Mark Cuban better answer some more questions on why they let Chandler walk away to the New York Nicks!
i feel a pit in my stomach after watching the Mavericks, swept out of the playoffs, in the first round.

I came across this video recently, and thought i would share it with my basketball bretherens. You may have see it or you may have heard about it; but its about my NBA team that i grew up loving, and worshiping. The Seattle SuperSonics. Well Nicks Head guy; no not Carmelo Anthony, but recent head coach Mike D'Antoni ousted himself yesterday, sighting "He's not the guy to run this team". I knew MSG was a tough place; but to fire yourself during a losing streak, wont land you a job in the NBA anytime soon.
So i ask the NBA communty; who is next to get their papers this season?
IMO, i would have to say my beloved Portland Trailblazers and their coach Nate McMillan. The Blazers started off great this shortened season; ... Read More

The Los Angeles Clippers, in a potentially franchise-changing trade, have finally reached a deal with the New Orleans Hornets to acquire four-time All-Star guard Chris Paul from the New Orleans Hornets, sources tell TNT’s David Aldridge. The Denver Nuggets, hit hard by free agency with three of their players in China, face another difficult obstacle in the schedule. They play five games in six nights spanning the new year, including a home-and-home set with the Lakers on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
The Nuggets do not host Carmelo Anthony, whom they traded to the Knicks last February. Deron Williams, sent from Utah to New Jersey days later, is scheduled to return to Salt Lake City on Jan. 14.

Not too long ago, i posted a enough is enough, with hard *** Owners, and money hungry greedy players.
Well, a few friends of mine have come up with a solution, as we feel that the agents are killing these deals, and setting us back from seeing basketball.
Our solution as follows in these steps:
*First, cancel all current contracts, and close up the League.
*Repurchase the name NBA (rebranded)

"People don't like to see lockouts," Havlicek said. "They don't like to see people making a lot of money (on both sides) negotiate the way it has come down to. People who are paying the ticket prices think it's unfathomable there would be a lockout."
