Donald Sterling's Racist Rant....If you haven't heard

The the Owner of the LA Clippers, and fans around the world.
My question, after you listen to the video; "Sterling lives in a 'Culture'; so is this 'Culture' share by many other Major league sports Owners?"
Is Racism, still prevalent in todays sports? Or is it just swept under the rug, with MONEY?
