NBA Departures involving JayTriano and Shaq.

With the release of Jay Triano the former head coach of the Toronto Raptors; who could they (Colangelo) posssibly get to come up here and do a good job? Any takers?; i am stumped, by all availables coaches that could come in here and do a good job and get the Young Raptors to the playoffs next year. good luck to them; Go Raptors!
Or am i more happy to see Shaq retire, and stop pushing the envelope? He's a played like an overweight shawdow of himself the last three seasons. I felt that he was still trying to find a team to jump on that had a great chance of making the playoffs and winning it all.
I stand up right now and applaud the Big Diesel for his dominace at the Center position, and his loose loveable characater that he came into the league with and leaves the league with; cheers. There may never be another Shaq to run the floors of the NBA League ever again.
