Talk about blowning up a few rosters at the quarter way into the season! Now it seems the central point of this TNT keg is the Orlando Magic. While in a bit of an on the road slump; at 16-9 record in the eastern conference, that's solid. Now having a dominate center in todays game is rare in the NBA; but to surround him with some misfits..? Agent Zero; can it get any worst; for gun totting creeps, who can't stand the site of losing at a game of dice. Hedo "i can't play tonite, because i am hung over" Turkoglu; i need a bigger contract to support my drinking. The only bright spot was the J. Richardson deal that only time will tell, when they decide to move him, because he can't do anything else but dunk the ball in open space! The Magic have just injected themselves with some cancerous players, and could ultimately cost them a run at the championship this year. As for the Wizards, they pick up a another tall outside shooter with a minimal inside game; the only real good thing about it is that he is still qualified as a "young player" but has been an All-star with some good experience, if that really helps. For the one time aging Suns team, that tried to infuse some youth; just got old again; with Carter and Pietrus and Gortat; it still doesn't give the Suns a expierenced PF to help bang on the Tim Duncans and Gasols of the wild west. Phoneix is where old players go to give it one more chance before they retire; so if that was the mind set for the Suns; good luck to you, and thanks for showing up for your paycheck.
My outlook on the these teams are as follows: Magic are going to ride Howard hard into the playoffs this year with no intention of making the playoffs; the wizards are just stock piling trade picks and cash space for the next two seasons, with no chance of the playoffs now or in the next two seasons; And Phoneix is still going to be the place where old player go to retire gracefully from the NBA; if they make a run at the playoffs, well good for them; but don't look for any type of deep seeding into this years playoffs, as last year they got really lucky.
I can't wait to play these teams and their new personnel in NBA 2K11; just to see the possibilities "ON PAPER"... haha
Cheers, gamers

Still a long time left until the trade deadline...lots of more crazy things can transpire...we'll see if there's another transaction that tops this one and takes the cake for tanking a franchise's run into the playoffs for 2010-2011
