The Nets is your best choice since they have a TON of epics on their team. You will not have any luck with the legendary cards unless you simply purchase packs, which sucks.

The team is irrelevant to the chances of getting an Epic or Legendary Pro. A Team Pack basically has two rolls. The first roll determines the rarity. The second roll determines the player. Team selection does not affect the first roll at all.
