Just read Pasta’s site (pastapadre.com) and saw a link to sportsgamer.com’s impression on NCAA 2009. It is not looking too promising anymore for this game. “the game feels very basic. there aren't a lot of extras like you see in other EA SPorts games. Like i posted earlier, it feels very bare bones. Almost the way Madden 2006 felt on the 360” was a line that stuck out to me. This is what I was worried about with this game. NCAA 09 had potential, but not to the surprise of any, they might have blown ... Read More

After being announced the National League Cy Young winner earlier today, "The Future", the former record-breaking Washington Husky, has been announced as the cover athlete on next years MLB 2k10! Congradulations Tim, and good luck next year.

Pathetic. Ugly. Underachievers. Train-Wreck.

All over the state, our football teams are more than struggling. The Seahawks are a woeful 2-7, and sadly that is the highest winning percentage in the state. WSU and UW are a combined 1-18, the latter team without a win. All these teams had expectations this year, and all are involved in a coaching transition. Holmgren leaving wasn't supposed to cause this much distraction was it? First our recievers drop like flies, now Mike doesn't ... Read More

This is my opinion on Pasta's article today reguarding used games. http://www.pastapadre.com/4682/live-...try-wide-trend

If this is the direction that console games are going to take then it is time to switch to PC gaming. Better graphics and huge modding communities takes the dependency off of developers. No way am I paying extra to finish the end of a game. Their is a reason people buy used games, they aren't good enough to warrent a $60 purchase. ... Read More

Well, World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King is being released on 11/13, with midnight releases around the world. I am pretty excited for this game, and I know I am not the only one. Currently WOW has 11 million subscribers, I have seen estimates saying they will gain another 1 million with this release, and are expecting 5 million copies of WotLK to be sold quickly. I will point out that to play WotLK you need the original WOW as well as The Burning Crusade expansion. This game is an MMO, ... Read More

Well, I thought I would try out some blogging on OS.

Let's start out with a little about me. I am a 24 years old Washington State resident. I have played most sports competitively throughout my life, including a little JC basketball. I currently coach in our towns AAU program. I used to referee basketball for a few years. I play all types of games, although I used to be mainly a sports gamer. These days I have been playing more WOW and Fallout 3 than Madden or NBA 2k. Most current-gen ... Read More
