This is taken from the Fight Night official site over at EA Sports.com. Recently, a producer called Mike Mahar was interviewed and exposed to the public. In the data provided he is listed with the following job responsibilities:
Name: Mike Mahar
Title: Producer - AI, Presentation, Legacy Mode, Online
"Legacy Mode" is one of those listed here. This was an oft-rumored mode on the IGN Boards and now it is confirmed with this post. Let's hope it is a true improvement on the Fight Night career mode.

The Fight Night Community Manager had this to say on the main site answering fans request for info on the game:
"I can understand that there are some people that want juicier tidbits of the game and in due time folks we'll start to reveal some of the features and venues and boxers in the game. I know the game team is stoked to get their work out there and just want to ensure that they can get what they want to do the right way before committing to locking things down and sharing things with you all. I know that the youtube footage was a leak of some of the features that will be looked closer into and let me tell ya, when you compare FN3 to what you'll be seeing in FN4, there'll be a lot to talk about.
As well, the team is still trying to decide the cover athlete(s) and we also wanted to let you guys know who the talented team leaders are who'll be bringing you this title. Thanks for your patience and don't forget to keep the discussion going in our forums!
