Las Vegas, NV -- The UNLV Rebels, fresh off the firing of Tony Sanchez after two losing seasons, have found their man in former Texas State offensive coordinator Sean O'Bannion. He was lauded for his offensive production for the Bobcats, and quickly drew attention to teams needing a fresh start.

"I appreciate the opportunity to help turn this program around", said O'Bannion. "I'm confident that my experience can make this a winning and exciting team. I know that sounds like coach speak now, but if you saw our offenses at Texas State, you can imagine the potential we have here."

O'Bannion's offenses led the country in passing yards, passing touchdowns, and rushing touchdowns. His players broke school records in season and career marks. Before that, he did pretty much the same with Missouri State. Before that, he coached a high school team to multiple state championships. So it's not hard to imagine success. He's been a winner his entire career.
