San Marcos, TX -- Bobcats quarterback Jordan Moore threw for 422 yards and 6 TD passes as Texas State beat up on the lowly Idaho Vandals. The big receiver of the day was Demun Mercer who racked up 174 receiving yards, including a breakaway 59 yard touchdown. Mercer, a redshirt freshman, is showing that his ability to contribute already makes it scary to think what the future holds.
Idaho's offense only contributed to one field goal, as their other 7 points came from a botched pitch from Moore to Tim Gay. It's safe to say the Vandals never stood a chance.
