The Texas State Bobcats are coming off an impressive win and hope to take that momentum back home with them as they host the Prairie View A&M Panthers. I talked to coach Dennis Franchione and he expects to do just that. He told the team that they have a chance to build some real momentum early in the season, so he doesn't want his team letting up on the Panthers one bit.

This might be the week we see more of the talents of running back Terrance Franks, as A&M has a rather weak front seven. Franks did well against Southern Miss, grinding for over 100 yards and scoring two touchdowns. So the Bobcats have strengths on the ground as well as in the air.
